The closest I can find to a start date for UK deliveries is “spring” which isn’t hugely specific. Has anyone UK based got one of these on the way? Are we talking March, April or May?

I have a test drive on February 21st, and had been told March for delivery, or perhaps early April. I have an R-Pass though so it might be different for others.

Hi all, test drove one yesterday. It was brilliant!
They told me if order now, will be delivered by April.

I drove one yesterday and confirmed my order. They are hoping for March.

Hi Charles and Simon
I’m interested in how you found parking the car without a ‘park’ setting. I’ve seen two video reviews where they said it was a bit awkward. Also, is the gear selector stalk easy to access? It looks to be quite close to the windscreen wiper stalk.
I’m still waiting for my test drive!

Gear selector stalk was fine, you are only using it a couple of times per journey. With regard to Park, I'm probably not the best person to ask as in my wife's Model 3 I never put it in park and just open the door, at which point the car puts itself into Park. On the R5, there is an electric handbake lever in the centre console, so you could just pull that if you wanted to.

Re. Park: if you are at a standstill, removing your seat belt will automatically put you in park.

I ordered my car Jan 15th and it changed to 'build' status on 27th Feb. It was showing a delivery date of 7th - 27th Apr at that point which was about what I had expected (well, at the start of that range). But a day or two later it changed to say 5th May to 18th May?! Need to call the dealer on Monday and see if they can find out any more.

Ordered my Iconic on 4th March, and dealer told me they were hopeful that my model might be ready to collect by the end of March. Just got notification on My Renault app of delivery between 28th April and 18th May.

I ordered an Iconic, pop yellow on 18th Feb. Initially, the app said delivery towards end of April but it has moved to 12th - 25th May now.
