Colour choices

It's nice to see a departure from an endless sea of greys but what do people think of Renault's limited colour choices? The 5 would be a perfect car for my wife but she doesn't like any of the colour options.

I have seen Dark Blue, Yellow and Green.

Didn't like the blue or green,yellow looks nice in showroom but out on the road in daylight, I'm not so sure, most yellow cars always look naff!

So I went for white with a black roof.

I had a test drive in the Green. The metallic looks great. It's not as bright as some images would indicate. I love it and I'm usually a boring grey or blue car buyer.

Colour will always be a matter of personal taste and how your eyes and brains actually see things. In the past I had a red Golf, an orange Polo, a metallic 'Pearl Black' Golf. None of these cars I had an option to choose a colour. I would never ever consider a yellow Golf but this time I did pick the Yellow Metallic R5 Iconic Cinq with black rooftop and red aluminium striping + the optional wheel rims. I think it suits the model quite well. And apparently a lot of people do as I get a lot of positive signs while driving.

I went with Pop Green and black roof on the Techno Comfort trim.
